How is SONS AND SOLDIERS?I am not sure I am going to read it, but thinking about it.ENJOY your week.ElizabethSilver's ReviewsMy Mailbox Monday
An interesting read.
Thanks. It is still in the waiting stack. :)
Hi Mary Ann,'Sons and Soldiers' probably isn't going to make it onto my TBR pile, although I do know several people who read non fiction history regularly and who are always on the lookout for new authors to try.Having checked out Bruce's resume and some of his other books, I would have no trouble in recommending him in this specialist genre.I can quite understand that this book might take you some time to complete, as you can probably only read so much without becoming on overload and needing to re-read some passages! Thanks for sharing and enjoy your catch up week :)Yvonne
Getting through it slowly, but liking it.
I hope you're liking the book. I received a NetGalley novella I'll read soon and a print book that I'll read in the new year (if I can hold off that long).
It being a true story makes it worth it.
Playing catch up is good!
It's taking me forever to read...but I am reading poetry, so I suppose that's a good thing
Yes, it is.
Sometimes it's nice to have an empty mailbox.
You are so right.
I was getting low on NetGalley titles so spent last night making requests. That is a mixed blessing. LOL. Have a good week and Happy Reading!
