Now it all makes perfect sense. In the real world, Lars did have a heart attack and die, just as the newspaper obituary said he did.

A Memory Of Violets by Hazel Gaynor Post-Review
A Memory Of Violets by Hazel Gaynor Post- Review
This is a remarkable story of two sisters, growing up in the desolate streets of London in 1876. They are soon orphaned, impoverished and are forced to sell flowers on the streets to survive. They are cruelly separated one day at a very young age and vow to reunite one day and never stop looking for each other, no matter what the future brings for them. It's very heart rendering how two people who loved each other very much never gave up. This is a definite read.

My teaser today comes from the book called: The Bookseller by Cynthia Swanson.

Tears well in my eyes as I study the photographs. So many of these faces, like my cousins', are those I do not see often enough. Some, like Aunt Beatrice and my grandparents, are people who have passed out of my life already. I think suddenly about what it means to grow old.

Dead End Deal By Allen Wyler Post
This is a true page turning event as neurosurgeon Jon Ritter's medical breakthrough is about to be tested. It concerns the transplanting of non-human stem cells to stop alzheimer's disease.
As he tries his experiment in another country and things go wrong, it is a roller coaster ride for him to get back to the U.S.since he is being targeted in an international manhunt. It is a good thrilling experience and I enjoyed reading it.
