Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesday

My teaser:  Taken from Wright For America  by Robin Lamont

Pg. 5
The young woman crossed her legs and let her sleek high heel dangle prettily. The gesture was meant for the man sitting across from her, and he rewarded her with an oily smile that revealed brown teeth.

  1. ~shudders~ Creepy man...love the descriptive sentence though..."dangle prettily"; nice combo. Thanks for the tease!

  2. Ooh, what a yucky reward! lol

Thanks for sharing...and here's MY TUESDAY MEMES POST

  3. Yuck...brown teeth....nice and descriptive for sure. GREAT TEASER.

    Interesting teaser.

  6. Ewww! Don't know what's going on, but you certainly caught my attention. Thanks for sharing!

  7. Wonder why she wanted to attract the attention of a yucky sounding man?

    Good tease :)

Thanks for dropping by my tease :)

  8. Hi Mary Ann,

Those are some great descriptive teaser lines, even if the man does sound like a real creep. She does seem to be teasing him on purpose though, so I suppose she knows what she is doing!

I had to check this one out, as I was really intrigued by your lines. This sounds like it could be just as quirky as the mystery I am reading at the moment, so this is a definite for my wishlist!

Thanks for sharing and enjoy the book,

  9. Ewww. Brown teeth are gross. Hope the woman knows what's she's doing. Thanks for the teaser and for stopping by!

  10. Eck.... Sounds like somebody needs to be introduced to a tooth brush.... Interesting teaser.

  11. Ewww, I hope she crossed her legs afterwards or at least knows what she's doing. Thanks for stopping by.

  12. Haha. Most people's reactions seemed pretty grossed out. I laughed at this. Nice teaser.
