Wondrous Words Wednesday

My words today are from interesting food words.

Deglazed- is a cooking technique for removing and dissolving food residue from a pan to flavor sauces, soups and gravies.

Etoufee- is a spicy cajun stew made with vegetables and seafood.

  2. Etoufee is something I've never made. It sounds like it might be a gumbo. Now you have me heading for my cookbooks.
