Here is a word I came across while reading.

Gorse- is a yellow-flowered shrub of the pea family, the leaves of which are modified to form spines, native to Western Europe and north Africa.

  1. I think I've heard of a gorse bush or gorse berries but I'm not sure. I'm going to look it up so I can see what it looks like.
