An Unwilling Accomplice by Charles Todd Review-Post

An Unwilling Accomplice    by Charles Todd         Review-Post

World War 1 battlefield nurse Bess Crawford's career is in jeopardy when a murder is committed on her watch, in this absorbing and atmospheric historical mystery.

My Thoughts:
This is the first time I read this author's work, concerning the Bess Crawford mysteries. I found it to be interesting chasing down a murderer, who could possibly destroy Bess's character. She goes to all lengths to track him down, even to the point of putting herself in great danger. Some parts I thought could have been shortened and not dragged down with too much repetition, but on the whole I liked reading it.
