I too like quiet while reading. I like a nice comforty chair also.
Sounds wonderful, Tribute Books Mama. I like to be comfortable when I read, too. Thanks for visiting my cozy spots.
I love silence when reading. If there are other noises I prefer drowning them with my own music - preferably classical/instrumental.Here's my BTT
I love silence, too, which is why I read before anyone else is up. :)Here's mine: Location, location, location!
I don't know that I have a favorite place, but I like it quiet too.
I'm not so worried about the quietness, but I do like my favourite chair. Thanks for visiting my post earlier.
Thanks for commenting on my post. :) I like the idea of having a big, comfy chair. Maybe I should use my chair for reading instead of throwing things on it.
I don't have a comfy chair in our room :-( But then again - that might be a good thing, because then I'd never want to leave it! I can read just about anywhere, but my favorite place is probably anywhere I can get uninterrupted peace & quiet for a few minutes.
Plenty of light without noise works for me too.
GIGI Ann, Dana, Bermudaonion, Tasha, Tanya- I agree!Laure-Rain Snow, WIlliam Stanger- You too!Dawn Treader, Hazel Ceej- Sounds good.
My couch with a blanket. But, I also always have a book with me and I can read anywhere. In line, in the car, you name it!2 Kids and Tired Books
I don't like noise when I'm reading either, other than a fan. I have to have a fan going no matter what room I'm in. Silence drives me nuts!
