Booking Through Thursday
Q: If your house was burning down and you could save just one book from your collection... what would it be? (and, for the purposes of this discussion, we'll allow series as "one" long, multi-volume book.)
It would definitely have to be the beautiful Bible I received as a wedding gift years ago, that I treasure.

Special books that hold meaning...good choice! Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteYes, if I had to narrow it down to one (which you've already seen that I can't do), then it would have to be one that had sentimental value.
ReplyDeleteBooks with special meaning can't be replaced so I can see why you'd choose that.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with the choice of a special gift.

Hi! Thanks for dropping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteMy answer has a wedding gift too, only it was my parent's wedding.
:-)
Mine would be the family Bible that was handed down to me by my grandmother. But I'm pretty sure I'd sit in the yard clutching it and sobbing as I watched the rest of my collection burn.
