This book should be read before starting on a self-improvement program. It is not a self-help book but very useful on the topic. Millions of dollars is spent on personal development and self-help books every year and the question is does any of this really work?
The characters in this story try to get their lives straightened out by this self help group, even though they have issues of their own. As the story goes on they find out it is a hard road for all concerned. It is an intriguing read which introduces you to a fascinating world.
