Some really 'weird and wonderful' words today and all of them new to me.
I might have been able to work out 'depone', but the other two would have really had me flummoxed.
'limerance' is quite a nice word, however 'finnimbrun' doesn't sound like a good way of describing a trinket, not really worth the bother of remembering it!

ReplyDeleteWeird English Words indeed! People don't say knick-knack enough do they? Not sure I could manage finnimbrun.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if there is a relationship between the words limerick and limerance?
ReplyDeleteFinnimbrun is a funny word. All new to me.
