Wondrous Words Wednesday

Wondrous Words Wednesday

My words today are taken from the book Time Slice by Kerry Downing

1. eddies- Swirlings of a fluid and the reverse current created when the fluid flows past an obstacle.

2. time slice- A short interval of time alloted to each user or program in a multitasking or time sharing system. Typically in milliseconds.

  3. I like time slice. Never heard it said or in a book. It makes me think of a orange or lemon slice.
