A new author to me, but the great teaser lines you chose, prompted me to take a look at the synopsis. This sounds like a tongue-in-cheek, light and easy read, which would be great as a filler between more serious books. I'm always open to suggestions for material like this, so have made a note of the author for future reference, thanks for the recommendation.
