Booking Through Thursday

Do you carry books with you when you're out and about in the world?

No , not on a daily basis, only when traveling.

Do you ever try to hide the covers?

No, I don't usually read anything to warrant that.

  1. Hi!
Good answer. I don't hide covers either. Have a great day!

    Food for Thought

  2. Whenever I travel I take an insane amount of books with me, and then return with twice as many.

  3. You don't hide covers?! You're so lucky! I'm always paranoid that people are staring at my books (which hey, sometimes they are) and then they strike up a conversation about the book, and I'm forced to admit that I'm reading a cheesy-romance novel.
I don't travel much, but I like keeping a book with me at all times ;)
    Great answer!

  4. Thanks for stopping by. I don't read anything racy enough to hide it either.

  5. Hello! Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I don't hide my covers either as like you I don't read books that warrant that.

  6. Great answer! Who can travel without a book? Thanks for stopping by my blog :)

  7. Traveling is a whole different story. I will have a few books PLUS my Kindle... don't want to read a kindle on the beach or by the pool! We used to call our daughter Maggie - from Inkheart - a young girl who carried many books with her wherever we went.

    Thanks for Hopping By...

  8. I hide covers! some of my reads i'm embarrassed to show off!
    Trish - my BTT post

  9. Thanks for dropping by.Glad that you don't hide covers as well. I really don't care what other people would say - I love to read what I enjoy. Following via GFC

  10. I bring my Nook or a book wherever I go. I figure you never know when you'll have some waiting time on your hands :)

  11. Thanks for visiting me. We should be proud of what we reading and will to share. I just have to fix my reading in where I can.

    Thanks @ Edwardsgranddaughter

  12. Sherrie- You too!

FBT- It's better to have enough.

    Kate, Sierra- Thanks! for commenting.

    fivealarmreviews- glad you came by.

    Witheringwillow, Claire- You too!

    Trish- Ok

    Mary Grace- Good for you.

    Yvonne- that's true.

    Eileen- I do too.

  13. I don't know how anyone can read something that is risqué out in public, I'd be too nervous! That's why I've never felt the need to cover my books up either.

  14. I carry my Kindle almost everywhere; it fits in my purse easily and I don't have to worry about what anyone thinks about what I'm reading.
