Depending on my mood, I like to read in a peaceful or quiet room, but sometimes I enjoy a little classical music in the background. Swing by to see what else I like to listen to while reading.
Quite understandable, although I've found that trying to keep things absolutely quiet is a losing proposition -- there's always SOME noise that will intrude. :)
Silence is preferable sometimes. I usually only listen to music when there's other noise or if I'm home alone. For some reason, silence when I'm alone freaks me out.
I normally like quiet as well, but I do enjoy having some light classical music on in the background!
