I dont necessarily want to change genres but i may chop my toe off if the series doesnt end soon, hahaThanks for Stopping bythe Book Mystess, xx
I have lots of books on my stacks, so I try to select a variety of books each week. Thanks for visiting my blog.
I use to feel that way when all I read was V.C. Andrews.
I felt that way when I read New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn after each other. I just really really wanted to get the hell out of Forks (and Bella's annoying head).
I get into some series, but others like Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series, I have gotten tired of them. I can't stand to read another one of them. At first I liked them, but now I find them very boring. I think reading other book blogs has helped me read other genres, but if I don't enjoy them, they go by the wayside.
OH yea when I read a series I usually break it up with other books. Reading them back to back can get you disinterested.
I try to read different kinds of books, it helps in avoiding the rut.
I love to read series books in a row with no waiting.Sally.http://theelifylop.blogspot.com/2011/05/booking-through-thursday-19.html
There are so many books in the genres I enjoy that I want to be read there is no time to get into a rut. Thank you for stopping by.
I find when I am engrossed in a series, I sort of forget about other books. Then if I am stuck at a breaking point waiting for the author to release, it takes me a bit to get into anything else.
