Book Blogger Hop

Book Blogger Hop "What do you consider the most important in a story: the plot or the characters?"

Definitely the characters - if I can't connect with them on an emotional level the plot is meaningless to me.

  1. I feel the same way if it's fiction. If I am reading a mystery or suspense I want a good plot.

  2. I'm the opposite! A good storyline will keep me reading even if I hate the characters. But it is almost like a badge of honor so I can say how much I hated the characters :)

  3. I'm with you. I need good characters otherwise I can't say I loved the book no matter how great the plot was.

  4. I'm and old follower just stopping by!

I'm a both girl both have to be good for me to love a book.

So what's the answer? Plot! Hop over to my blog and let me tell you how a good plot rescued bad characters from bad book oblivion.
